1ClickTravel provide comprehensive travel solutions to corporate and private customers including transport, accommodation and event management. They organise all aspects of any trip, from corporate conferences to stag and hen nights.
Solv.IT were asked to build a web solution that would drive pre-sales traffic to their enquiry lines. After the initial consultation, we identified that 1ClickTravel needed their website development to underline the ease and simplicity of their business model. It was imperative to channel potential customers to their telephone sales department and an online request form.
We gave them a clean, crisp website design that was capable of appealing to all sectors of their diverse market. Integral to their solution was the need to direct customers to contact them either through the telephone hotline or the online form. That's why we included a right-hand column with 'calls-to-action' on every page. The form was built to respond to users previous selections, allowing 1ClickTravel to target each market intelligently and seamlessly.
Each page also features a testimonial and strong, reassuring imagery to build client confidence. The new brochure website is now live and, with a pay-per-click campaign arranged with our partners Propellernet, has generated approximately 200 customer enquiries in the first week alone.
