When you host your site on our dedicated customer server your site is in fact being managed by FastNet, our close working partner and one of the UK's leading Internet Service Provider's (ISP).
All our servers are hosted by FastNet at their new secure data centre in Brighton which has a diesel powered Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS), with an air conditioning and 24/7/365 network management controlled environment.

Management of service
We have remote management and monitoring capabilities on all our servers allowing remote reboots and if necessary direct access to the server at any time.
General monitoring and health checks for security and data integrity are routinely made on a day to day basis with any loss of services being immediately communicated to the hosting management team.
Any alterations in services will be notified to the client concerned and prior warnings of necessary upgrades are communicated to the client at the earliest possible opportunity.
Server mirroring
Should the server experience a major software or hardware problem the hosting management team are notified and all running services will be redirected to a mirrored server losing little to no loss of web presence.
This server set up enables us to offer a highly resilient hosting solution maximising the uptime of our clients’ website.
Regular backups and data storage
Daily backups are made to a local NAS drive and for the Business class and Dedicated servers additional incremental and weekly offsite backups are maintained.
In addition to the backup services we have a failover function operating on the Business class and Dedicated servers.

Our web products and services are growing all the time, having access to our own servers offers us maximum control and flexibility with the development of our clients websites.
