Having generated wide exposure for their initial website design the client moved onto the next phase rapidly by moving to full Ecommerce development.
Working closely with the client and managing growing expectations, we were able to clearly justify the further investment required to extend the handling of product payment and order management online within a year.
Having previously catered for the possibility of quick growth we were able to extend the functionality of the website without having to completely rebuild it. Working directly through our Content Management System (CMS) we were able to restructure the whole site and implement all new basket related features.
The client is now able to manage the publication of their products through our combined CMS Basket and Product listing module. From order placement to payment handling the client can handle the publication of all online content through a single user interface.
Associating the product listing with their brochure website enabled us to maximise exposure of the new online payment feature through excellent natural search engine placement which the website had already generated.
As usual we've used standards based compliant code and CSS to control all aspects of the public interface.
