Wheelers Estate Agents improve property listing with new website development. Having created excellent natural search engine results through previous website development it was essential for Wheelers Estate Agents to raise the bar as other Estate Agents had.When we adopted the website development from another developer Wheelers Estate Agents were happy with managing raw HTML files to promote their new property acquisitions.

Having now migrated the website into our Content Management System property module the client realises how much time the original approach consumed.

Through a previous targeted Search Engine Optimisation project we were able to radically increase the exposure of this estate agents nestled closely in community of Southover, Brighton.

Simplifying the process for publishing properties to their website has allowed Wheelers Estate Agents to improve the promotion of new properties through automated features and the tick of check box.

Rebuilding the website working closely to web compliancy standards, using XHMTML and CSS has allowed us to vastly improve the user experience with the website.

Presentation of property details includes; home page magazine layout, price related search feature, property listing and full details page.

Linking through to Google maps allows the end user to take advantage of the growing tools being offered such as getting directions to each location.

Registration to receiving automated email notifications is quick for the end user to opt in with all messages managed automatically by the system on a daily or immediate basis.

A stylised email template offers the recipient assurance of the senders intension, with property details displayed clearly and links directing end users to pages published on the website.

An option for the end user to unsubscribe is also posted clearly on every email delivered.

Within a week of launching the new website the Wheelers Estate Agents had vastly increased their sales leads and viewing requests delivered by the website.
